Service Charges

  • Minor illness/single medication prescription/no lab referral – $65
  • Multiple medication prescription – $100
  • Lab referral – $100 for the first visit, $65 for the followup (unless more tests are required, then $100)

Out-Of-State Availability

We can work with residents of Hawaii, Idaho, and Illinois immediately with no restrictions. Other state permits pending, call for up-to-date availability.
