Service Charges
- Minor illness/single medication prescription/no lab referral – $65
- Multiple medication prescription – $100
- Lab referral – $100 for the first visit, $65 for the followup (unless more tests are required, then $100)

Having the following information available to us before the beginning of your visit will make it short and effective:
- First and last name
- Year of birth

- Name and address of the preferred pharmacy
Out-Of-State Availability
We can work with residents of Hawaii, Idaho, and Illinois immediately with no restrictions. Other state permits pending, call for up-to-date availability.
